So, in an effort to gain an unbiased view of our service, we contracted one of the country’s leading law firm consultants, Altman Weil, Inc., to help us learn more about ourselves, our services and our clients.

With their help and your feedback, we have learned what our clients truly feel about the services that we provide. The goal was also to identify areas where we had room to expand and learn ways of ultimately delivering an even higher level of service in a variety of critical benchmark areas, such as overall satisfaction, pricing structure, quality, service and responsiveness, among others.

Ultimately, we want to become a better law firm. Not only for ourselves, and the pride we take in our profession, but ultimately for you, our client.

		What We Learned: The results of the survey showed we ranked very high on overall client satisfaction. A high percentage of clients repeatedly praised our firm for being both professional and knowledgeable across many legal fields. We also received high marks for our prompt and timely results – a vital aspect of any legal firm. 		Providing Value To Our Clients: Our clients demonstrated that they understand that a law firm’s prices have to be compared to the results they achieve. They consistently rank the quality of work they are receiving ahead of any price concerns. That being said, our prices were perceived to be well within reason for the high level of legal service our clients received in return.
