Fred practices in the area of litigation and appellate practice with a concentration on commercial, employment, estates and trusts, and real estate controversies. Fred is Board Certified in Business Litigation Law by the Florida Bar.

He represents real estate developers, builders and agencies; government entities; retail stores and other businesses. Fred's employment litigation includes ADA, Title VII and FMLA matters, as well as non-compete clauses and tortious interference claims. In the areas of real estate and construction litigation, he handles contracts, liens, construction defects and material disclosure issues. His estates and trusts litigation involves cases relating to undue influence, capacity and tortious interference.
