2010 Rising Star

Michael practices in the Business, Health Care and Litigation Practice groups. Michael is involved in both transactional and litigation matters. He counsels clients regarding entity formation, business governance issues and a variety of transactions, such as asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, operating, partnership and shareholder agreements, employment agreements, private placement memoranda and loan documentation. He also has experience in a range of commercial litigation matters, including business, employment, real estate and probate disputes. Michael was named a 2010 ‘Rising Star’ by Florida Super Lawyers magazine, a listing that includes no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in Florida.
