Mary has practiced civil litigation and appeals, in California and Florida. Mary's practice focuses on commercial and business litigation, including representation of property owners in Americans with Disabilities Act litigation, landlord tenant disputes, trust and probate litigation, and real estate disputes, as well as, a continuing emphasis on civil appeals.
Mary is a past President of the Manatee County Bar Association, and served asVice Chair of the 12th Judicial Circuit Attorney Grievance Committee. Mary is currently in the 2009-2010 Leadership Manatee Program.
