Our attorneys provide both businesses and individuals with innovative and cost-effective immigration services. For businesses, we assist clients with processing non-immigrant visas for critical staff members and foreign workers. We train management on non-discrimination and I-9 employment eligibility practices and represent employers in Department of Homeland Security investigations. We handle all aspects of the PERM recruiting and labor certification process and assist clients with the sponsorship of foreign employees for permanent residency.

For individuals and families, we represent clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in immigrant (green card) and non-immigrant visa matters, and assist them with the naturalization process. We also help investors who seek to create businesses in the United States with obtaining E-2 non-immigrant visas and with the EB-5 permanent residency process.
