| Dana concentrates on wealth management and preservation, estate planning and business succession planning, wills and trusts, probate, estate and trust administration, estate and gift taxation, inheritance taxation, and generation skipping transfer taxation. Her practice involves revocable and irrevocable trusts, including charitable and other tax planning trusts, durable powers of attorney, and living wills.
Dana's clients include individuals from medium to high net worth; business entrepreneurs in limited liability partnerships and limited liability companies; individual and corporate trustees; and tax-exempt charities and private foundations. She is board certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in Wills, Trusts and Estates.
