Lisbeth P. Bruce

Lisbeth assists clients of the firm in accomplishing their desired real estate transactions efficiently, while seeing to the protection of their interests. She is knowledgeable in the drafting of easement agreements and restrictive covenants typically needed for residential communities, shopping centers and commercial projects. In addition to these matters, she is skilled in the area of commercial leasing and is frequently involved in the analysis and negotiation of complex commercial leases.

Lisbeth has a wide range of knowledge and experience in handling real estate transactions and serves as the Coordinator of the Firm's Real Estate Practice Group.
