The Banking practice group provides counsel to community, regional, and national commercial banks, financial institutions, private investors, as well as commercial and residential borrowers. Our attorneys work with numerous financial institutions on various stages of the loan process, from initial negotiations, commitment letter, due diligence, drafting and negotiation of loan documents through loan closing.

We advise our clients concerning the structure of their financial transactions, protect their interests, and comply with various federal and state regulations relating to loans. Our focus is to get the deal closed while providing value to our clients.
