Fred Moore is a Commercial Trial Attorney, primarily based in our Bradenton, Florida office. Fred concentrates his practice in the area of litigation predominantly involving business disputes, estates and trust disputes, and real estate disputes. Fred is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Business Litigation Law. Board Certification is the highest level of evaluation by the Bar and recognizes attorneys as experts with special knowledge, skills, and proficiency in the area of Business Litigation. Fred was also named a 2009 and 2010 “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine, a listing that includes no more than 2.5 % of the lawyers in Florida. 

Fred has extensive courtroom experience. He has handled both civil jury and non-jury trials, as well as complex arbitrations, administrative hearings, and appeals.
